ABOUT THEM:

Four Lions formed in Bendigo, Victoria in late 2014, and play their own style of Americana Post Punk music. They took their name from a drinking fountain in their hometown which was designed by architect William Vahland.

Four Lions are fronted by songwriter Shann Lions who also plays the harp/guitar, who is complimented by Keith “Lighting” Macqueen on the lead guitar/backing vocals, Greg Perry on the bass guitar, and Jordan Allen on the drums. Four Lions shows have also included David Moore on pedal steel guitar as an accompanying artist.

Musically Four Lions cite Bruce Springsteen, Ryan Adams, Tom Petty, John Mellencamp, Dire Straits, David Bowie, Neil Young, Lou Reed & The Replacements as artists who influence their sound.

Four Lions are from Bendigo, Victoria, forming in December 2014 they play their own style of Americana Post Punk music. Four Lions have released two albums; Charing Cross (October 24, 2015) and Vahland (2016), as well as numerous EP's and singles via their musical company Verse Chorus Verse. They are a 100% self financed/managed/booked/promoted act.

Four Lions' third album "Golden Triangle" released on October 6, 2017. The first single from Golden Triangle "Too Afraid" released digitally on August 25th 2017, the second titled "Alexandra" released digitally on September 8th 2017 on iTunes, and the third single titled "No Fortune" was digitally released on September 29th 2017.
